1. Validity Period
Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is calculated from the date of issue.
2. Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed toward:
• Website Security Assessments
• Cyber Governance & Policy Packages
• Essential 8 Assessments
• Cyber Assurance Subscriptions
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Partial Use
If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout.
If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will remain available until the expiry date.
4. Non-Transferable / Resale
Gift Cards may not be resold or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
Imperium Cyber Security is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Gift Cards are treated as cash.
6. No Post-Purchase Fees
No administration, inactivity, or post-purchase fees apply.
7. Refunds
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
8. Suitability
All services purchased using a Gift Card remain subject to service suitability and scope confirmation. Imperium Cyber Security reserves the right to decline engagements that fall outside its service scope.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
